Quotes are free, and you'll see the work and the price in writing before anything starts. Gutters, windows and render can usually be quoted from photos, or we're happy to visit if you'd prefer. For driveways, patios and roofs we visit first, free of charge, so the quote is accurate. If we don't think a treatment is suitable or good value, we'll say so.
We're not VAT registered, so the price on your quote is the price you pay.
What Affects the Price
Size of the area
A small patio and a large driveway are very different jobs. Size is the biggest factor in most quotes.
Surface and condition
Block paving, tarmac, render and roofing are each cleaned differently, and heavy build-up takes longer than a light clean.
Access and height
Roofs, gutters and upper windows involve working at height, which is planned into the quote.
Premium finishing options
Block paving re-sanding, patio repointing, exterior gutter, fascia and soffit washing, and inside windows are quoted alongside the main clean.
Several services at once
Need more than one thing doing? One enquiry gets you one quote for everything.
Window cleaning frequency
Regular rounds every 4 or 8 weeks, or a one-off clean, are priced for your property and postcode.
